Merry Christmas all!

Headline features in this release include support for non-ASCII encodings (ISO-8859-X and UTF-8/16/32 for now), improvements to the file comparison tool and adding a cursor history so you can jump back to where you were like in IDA/Visual Studio/etc.

I haven't settled on what'll go into the next release yet, but prototyping of an interpreter for a subset of the 010 Binary Template language is looking promising.
