3 月初时 Anthropic 推出聊天记录和记忆导入 Claude 工具，说是工具其实就是一段比较专业的提示词，用户将这段提示词发给其他 AI，其他 AI 就会按照提示词要求整理并输出所有对话记录和记忆等。

现在谷歌也为 Gemini 推出类似工具，在桌面版 Gemini 中谷歌提供导入记忆和导入聊天记录功能，帮助用户快速复制当前使用的 AI 已经掌握的所有信息。

在其他 AI 工具导入所有内容后，用户可以将压缩包文件上传到 Gemini，不过文件最大限制为 5GB，所以如果超出 5GB 用户可能需要手动进行分段。

成功导入内容后，用户可以继续接着在 Gemini 中聊天，聊天记录和记忆等都可以完整保存，导入后用户也可以根据需要删除特定导入的聊天内容。

下面是使用方法：

1. 打开你正在使用的聊天机器人例如 OpenAI ChatGPT

2. 完整复制下面这段提示词发给聊天机器人等待回复

You are helping me import context from one AI assistant to another. Your job is to go through our past conversations and sum up what you know about me.

Divide the content into the labeled section using the categories above. Try to include verbatim quotes from my prompts that justify each entry. Structure each entry using this format:

Output:

- Format the final output summary as a text block.

其他方法：如果导出的数据量非常大，用户可以将内容放到文本文件中 (推荐使用 Markdown 文件)，然后将文本文件压缩为 ZIP 文件再上传到 Gemini 即可。
