[read if you want to] ⟩just a guy in India with no money , completely broke , no personal wifi or anything as I live in a hostel(I am a dental student) and my college classes begins at 9 and end at 5 with like an hour of break , I wanna learn ethical hacking and I know the basics(nmap, virtual machines , I used kali linux in a pendrive cause I liked it better than windows on school computers)

[Important stuff] ⟩ finally convinced my father to buy me a laptop and he is ready to put in 20k inr about $226 , I have some saved money from school days about $100 , how much more money do I need for a laptop which will be suitable for ethical hacking and what should be the specs
