Hello, so I have had a Roblox account for 5 years and it has finally been hacked (I say finally because I expect my accounts to be hacked eventually) it was hacked 3 times in the past week, after the first time I changed my email, password, and set up biometric 2fa, it was hacked again and I got in using biometric 2fa, after I got in, I changed the email again, added the 10 backup codes, added email 2fa, and did something else, I can't remember. I have contacted Roblox support and made a ticket and they still haven't gotten back to me, I checked my account through an alt, and found a friend I didn't have and how they were friends with a guy named dossure who hacked it originally but gave it back because "it's messed up to take 5 years of progress" (not exact quote) I'm not sure if this person is dossure or what but I hope I can get it back.

Sorry it's long, and by chance if Roblox support can't help, do you think any of you would be able to help me hack it back?
