I'm trying out something for a personal project, and I basically want to know how (if possible) to take something like

and connect the controller to something like a raspberry pi on which I will then code my own control system for the motors? If all of that is possible, I also need some wisdom on how I can read the data transmitted from the controller on the raspberry pi..

if it's not quite obvious already I'm very, very novice at bluetooth and controller related stuff so please also let me know if I'm overlooking anything/need to be more educated on something :') thanks
