Weekly report by TG Soft's CRAM, concerning Italian malspam campaigns.
Below are the details of the campaigns released during the week from 05 May to 11 May 2025.
In the monitored week, global campaigns increased compared to the previous week, while campaigns in Italian decreased.
The week was characterized by Password Stealer of the Familiies: Ave_Maria, FormBook, PureLogs, Remcos and Stealc.
The blue bar shows the total number of campaigns monitored in Italy in each week, while the red bar concerns campaigns in Italian (and targeting Italy).
We monitored 27 campaigns during the week, 8 of which used Italian as their language.

During the week, the peak of global campaigns was found on Tuesday 06 May with 8 different campaigns per day. The peak of campaigns written in Italian was found on Monday 05 and Wednesday 07 May with 3 campaigns per day, as is shown in the graph below:

Instead in this graph we see the distribution based on malware family. In the past week 9 different families were detected:
This week's top samples were script files with 44.44%, tied with malware sent by e-mail.
In second place were MSIL executable files with 22.22%.
In third place, there were WIN32 executable files with 14.82%.
