为落实澜湄执法安全合作部长级会议共识，深化执法技术合作，提升区域打击跨国犯罪能力，10月14日，澜湄执法合作中心（下称“中心”）尤小文秘书长，姜水、李大吴、翁赛·潘塔翁副秘书长一行前往福建厦门，实地考察国投智能信息科技股份有限公司（下称“国投智能股份”），开展座谈交流。国投智能股份董事长滕达、总经理周成祖等公司领导与中心代表团进行了友好交流。
考察交流聚焦核心技术能力建设。中心代表团实地参观了国投智能股份数字立方大厦展厅，深入了解电子数据取证、公共安全大数据平台、智能培训中心等核心业务。国投智能股份现场展示了自主研发的各类公共安全产品，重点介绍了在反诈大数据平台建设、跨境犯罪情报分析等领域的应用成果。
随后，双方围绕澜湄区域非传统安全挑战和各国执法实际需求，结合国投智能股份技术优势，共同探讨了未来合作领域和区域执法合作迈向“科技驱动”的具体举措。
To implement the consensus reached at the Ministerial Meeting on Lancang-Mekong Law Enforcement and Security Cooperation, deepen law enforcement technology cooperation, and enhance regional capacity to combat transnational crime, on October 14, a delegation from the LMLECC, led by Secretary-General Mr. You Xiaowen and joined by Deputy Secretary-Generals Mr. Jiang Shui, Mr. Ly Davuth, and Mr. Vongxay Phanthavong, visited SDIC Intelligent Information Co., Ltd. in Xiamen, Fujian Province for an on-site study and exchange. Mr. Teng Da, Chairman of SDIC Intelligent, Mr. Zhou Chengzu, General Manager, and other company executives held cordial talks with the delegation.
The visit focused on building core technical capabilities. The delegation toured the Digital Cube Building Exhibition Hall of SDIC Intelligent, gaining a detailed understanding of the company’s core businesses in digital evidence forensics, public security big data platforms, and intelligent training systems. SDIC Intelligent showcased a range of self-developed public security products, highlighting their applications in anti-fraud big data platform construction and cross-border crime intelligence analysis.
Both sides then engaged in in-depth discussions on non-traditional security challenges in the Lancang-Mekong region and the practical needs of law enforcement agencies across various countries. Drawing on SDIC Intelligent’s technological strengths, they jointly explored potential areas of cooperation and concrete measures to advance regional law enforcement collaboration through technology-driven approaches.
